We provided services for the creation of a multi-tiered Community Title residential subdivision situated in Maitland, with 11 parks and playgrounds, waterways, cycleways and walkways throughout.
We provide the
following scope of work;
Objectives
We were engaged to provide the following:
- Preparation of Plans for Contracts and Marketing
- Water & Sewer Design
- Preparation of Plans & Documentation for lodgement at LRS for Registration
Service Area
We undertook the project management of geospatial services throughout the construction, preparation of documentation and lodgement with LRS for the Title Creation.
