This was a multi staged strata apartments project with SNL Building Constructions, spanning over three years and ongoing. We were tasked with all survey related requirements to facilitate the construction of a multi-storey apartment space with internal road works, drainage and services across a five stage strata subdivision.
Our objective was to consult on the construction of 145 individual strata units, project managing of geospatial services throughout the construction, detailing topographic survey design, set out, conformance, WAE, torrens, strata, easements, draft 88b and draft strata development contracts.
We worked with SNL to solve on-the-fly problems and accommodate unknown site constraints, including registration of SP prior to reaching OC.
Our evaluation of the overall project is positive. We were able to work closely with our client to satisfy their specific requirements, solving on the fly problems, and to ensure registration of the strata plans within the required timeframe. This meant that we actively and successfully avoided expensive delays to the project and client, or loss of any pre-sales.
