We provided survey services for the design and construction of the multi-staged residential development at Wyndham Ridge Estate in the Hunter Valley.

We were engaged to provide the following services:
- Initial Site Survey
- Boundary determination
- Further detail surveys to facilitate the design of lead in infrastructure works including road, drainage, sewer, intersections and services
- Preparation of Plans for Contracts and Marketing
- Setout for Construction of Civil Work
- Preparation of Plans & Documentation for lodgement at LRS for Registration
Service Area
We were responsible for the project management of geospatial services throughout the construction, detailing topographic survey for design, set out, preparation of documentation and lodgement with LRS for the Title Creation.
