Highpoints Apartments, located off the Pacific Highway in Charlestown consists of 69 units over 20 levels. The units are comprised of 68 residential apartments and a single commercial unit at Ground level. The three basement levels include plenty of parking and storage.
We provide the
following scope of work;
Service Area
Delfs Lascelles were responsible for the preparation of the Draft Strata Plan including revisions and the Final Strata Plan on completion of the project. Due to the complexities that exist with Strata subdivision, we will continuously provide advice to our clients relating to survey regulations, order of processes, project critical path relating the plan delivery and preparing associated documents in formats suitable for lodgement with Council & Land Registry Services.
Process, Solution and Evaluation
During the final stages of construction, Delfs Lascelles worked closely with the developer to ensure the Strata Plan and related survey information was updated concurrently with the construction. In doing so, no time or additional cost to the project occurred due to survey. We worked hard to ensure the survey was always ahead of time, giving our client confidence that items relating to the delivery of the Strata Plan were taken care of and required no management outside of the company.
